Dear users of EECA – ICT portal,

• Since March 2012 we are pleased to offer you the updated version of the EECA – ICT portal.

• The portal will operate for the next 3 years under the administration of PICTURE project which is the logical continuation of the EU-EECA ICT cluster.

• More specifically, PICTURE project is the only Support Action Project that is currently funded by the European Commission for the period 2012-2014 whose purpose is to foster collaboration opportunities in ICT Research as well as support the EU-EECA ICT policy dialogue.

• Thus, it is our pursuit to be useful to all of you out there interested in the EU-EECA ICT collaboration. We invite you to be our fellow travelers in this exciting journey.
