- Roadmap for PICTURE support to ICT Policy Dialogue (final version)
This document outlines the so far findings and recommendations of PICTURE project and presents some pilot actions to be implemented during the next stages of the project. The Roadmap aims to serve as an input to future dialogue activities between the EU and the EECA region and is based on:
- extensive desk research;
- interviews/ contacts with national EECA ICT policy stakeholders;
- meetings with the EC delegations in EECA countries;
- the outcomes of Moscow’s validation and dissemination workshop.

- Community Research and Development Information Service - CORDIS
CORDIS, the Community Research and Development Information Service for Science, Research and Development offers interactive web facilities meant to link researchers, policymakers, managers and key players in the field of research. In the past, it was also the web portal that published FP7 calls. This changed in 2011, when the new Participant Portal was launched.
- ERAWATCH
ERAWATCH® provides information on national research policies, structures, programmes and organisations. The aim of this service is to support policy making in the research field in Europe, by facilitating a better knowledge and understanding of national research systems, policies and the environments in which they operate. Currently 43 countries are covered. With the service's evolution regional and other coverage is expected to increase over time
- Participant Portal
The European Commission's new Participant Portal became the single authoritative website for the publication of FP7 calls in 2011. Calls are no longer published on CORDIS. The Participant Portal is now the entry point for electronic administration of EU-funded research and innovation projects, and hosts all services for managing proposals and projects throughout their lifecycle. Currently the portal covers mainly actions under the 7th EU-Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development (FP7). In the future, its coverage will be extended to other programmes in the area of research and innovation.

- IDEAL-IST net
Ideal-ist addresses ICT companies and research organisations worldwide wishing to find project partners for a participation in the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) of the European Commission (2007-2013). Ideal-ist offers a unique and quality-labelled Partner Search and other services helping to ease participation in FP7.

- CEENGINE project
CEENGINE project aims at enforcing and stimulating Central and Eastern European Networking Association (CEENet) activities related to the creation, incubation and development of National Research and Education Networks (NRENs) in Central, Eastern, Southern Europe and Central Asia. With CEENGINE support it is expected that the Association engages more intensively and aggressively in supporting, developing NRENs in the areas which are both complementary to and enabling towards GEANT3.
